Volunteers and interns play a crucial role in providing education, awareness, and strength for members of our community. Whether it be assisting with everyday operational tasks or helping us on-site at a retreat, we truly value this support. Volunteers are integral to our mission and make it possible to serve more young women.

On-Site Retreat Support

At the retreats, volunteers provide hands-on support to the Director, Program Director, and the participants! It is a fun, dynamic, and fulfilling role. For the duration of the retreat, you are surrounded by powerful and inspiring women, including fellow staff and volunteer members, and of course, the participants. Our retreats have four primary volunteer branches: Operations/Logistics, Administrative/Executive Support, Dorm Directors, and Medical/Wellness. For example, Operations/Logistics tasks range from coordinating meals with local restaurants to setting up for yoga, Facial Design, or Therapy Through Art. Your placement will depend on your experience.
